What is PRP Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy?

The concentration of platelets is obtained from spinning down your blood at a very high speed, thus removing the white and red blood cells. What is the recovery process like? 

At most recovery can take a few days. 
You might experience some mild tension, minor headache and/or pressure from the injections. 
There shouldn't be any “down” time. You should be able to resume normal daily activities the same day. 
It is important to note that any strenuous activities, such as gym or running/jogging should be avoided for the first 24 hours. Mild exercise (such as walking) is permitted and should not cause any issues.

How Long Do PRP Hair Loss Treatment Results Last?

Studies have shown PRP can significantly increase hair count and hair density within the first 3 months. However, results varies from person to person. It takes about 3 months to see optimal results and determine whether you’ll need additional sessions. Often results last 6 to 12 months.
